Services
Audit, remediation, and compliance
Three services that work together or stand alone.
Accessibility audit
We test your pages with the DHS Trusted Tester Test Process (version 5.1.3), the method used across the federal government to determine conformance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA. Testing combines automated tools, manual inspection, and keyboard and screen reader checks.
You receive a report that lists each failure, where it occurs, which requirement it fails, and how to fix it.
- Keyboard access, focus order, and focus visibility
- Forms, labels, error identification, and suggestions
- Images, links, headings, lists, and tables
- Color contrast, resizing text, and use of color
- Page titles, language, frames, and consistent navigation
- Multimedia: captions, transcripts, and audio description
Remediation
We fix the problems we find. Because the work is done by a working software engineer, fixes are made in your actual code, templates, and design systems, not just described in a report. We also remediate documents, including PDF and Word files.
ADA compliance support
We produce conformance documentation, advise on priorities, and retest after fixes, so you can show a clear record of progress and results.
